August 2018 - £1000 donated to Great North Air Ambulance
On the 22nd August 2018 one of our work force suffered a dislocated ankle while carrying out his task. A call to the emergency services was made and an ambulance was dispatched, however the Helicopter was unable to take off from James Cooks Hospital, so your on board Doctor came down by vehicle to assist and treat the patient at the scene here at Teesport. The SNR Management on the Tees Rep Biomass Project was made aware of this and decided to award £1000 to Great North Air Ambulance Service, as a thank you and we will continue to support and promote your service on the project.
